What we make
Medical information is usually written for clinicians. For someone reading it at home, and especially for an older adult, it can be hard to follow.
We turn that information into posters, pamphlets, and infographics that use everyday words and get to the point. So far we have covered chronic disease, pneumococcal vaccination, vision exams, hearing loss, and dental exams.
Care managers and nurses can use the same materials when they talk with patients.
How a material gets made
Every pamphlet and poster goes through the same three steps.

Research and write
We start from sources such as the CDC and the National Institutes of Health, then write the material in plain language.

Review
A healthcare professional checks each draft for accuracy, and we check that it is easy to read.

Print and share
Finished materials are printed and given out to older adults. They are also posted here as free PDFs.
